QISS Shifts to ToddleApp: A New Era of Learning Management

This academic year, QISS has officially transitioned from using ManageBac and Seesaw to a new all-in-one platform: ToddleApp. The change is part of the school’s ongoing efforts to improve communication, streamline learning, and provide a more connected experience for students, parents, and teachers.
Why the Change?
For several years, QISS used ManageBac for curriculum management and Seesaw for classroom portfolios. While both platforms had strengths, the need for a single, integrated solution became clear. ToddleApp brings curriculum planning, student portfolios, assessments, and communication together in one place.
Benefits for Students
📌 One-stop access to assignments, deadlines, and feedback.
📌 A cleaner, mobile-friendly interface that’s easy to navigate.
📌 Opportunities to reflect on learning with digital portfolios.
Benefits for Teachers
🎓 Simplified lesson planning aligned with IB frameworks.
🎓 Easy tracking of student progress across subjects.
🎓 Collaboration tools for sharing resources and feedback.
Benefits for Parents
👨👩👧 A single login to stay updated on their child’s learning.
👨👩👧 Clearer communication from teachers.
👨👩👧 Real-time access to assignments, reflections, and school updates.
What’s Next?
The rollout of ToddleApp is ongoing, with training sessions for teachers and orientation guides for students and parents. QISS believes that the platform will not only reduce confusion but also bring the community closer together in learning.
“It’s exciting to have everything in one place. It will make my school life so much easier,” said one high school student after exploring the new system.
As QISS continues to embrace digital tools for learning, the move to ToddleApp marks a step toward a smarter, more connected educational experience.
